Cayuse SP & Cayuse Proposals S2S (424)
Cayuse Sponsored Projects (Cayuse SP) provides a fully integrated proposal, award and compliance solutions that streamlines sponsored project life-cycle management from proposal to award to close-out. Principal Investigators are required to create a new Cayuse SP record for each proposal. The SP record functions as the initial notification to RAF so that a specialist can be assigned to the submission and begin to communicate with the PI.
Cayuse Proposals S2S (previously 424) is utilized for proposals to federal agencies requiring submission through Grants.gov. If a proposal is required to be submitted via Grants.gov, then the PI must first start a Cayuse SP record, then create a proposal in Cayuse Proposals. Pairing of the two records is not required.
